When I dyed some yarn the other day, I also picked up some alpaca roving as well as a bag of mohair roving. They are now all dry and ready to spin. As soon as I clean off some bobbins.But first, I have to get my next silk warp on the loom and woven off. There are only 3.5 weeks left before my first big show and I am feeling like I need to have more stock.
And I meant to show you what the silk scarves looked like before they are washed out and pressed. Sort of ugly, eh?

You never cease to amaze me Jackie with all that you manage to do with a family of 6 and working as well and taking classes.
Those scarves should sell like hot cakes.

I tell her to her face all the time, but I don't hesitate to say here in public that Jackie really is an awe inspiring person. Every day when I wake up I pinch myself to see if it's real. She's amazing, and I'm very lucky.
It's always neat to see the stuff before it's been all the way processed. Thanks!
