I is for Iris
Beautiful flowers that (in this part of the world) herald in summer in all its warmth and fineness. I have always loved irises. They are m y favorite flower.

Christine brought some from Ottawa. She wants to bring back some of mine. I have plenty to share if you want some.
Truly beautiful! I think that yours get larger than those we saw in California, and I'm guessing it's because you have milder temperatures than they do!

Lovely Iris ... my favourite flowers are lilies, but I haven't any growing in my garden...;0)
