I haven't been avoiding you.

We are moving and that has taken all of my energy.
Well, that and starting actually teaching including developing some curriculum and delivering said curriculum instead of hovering in the background and quietly helping students.
And dealing with all of the produce from the garden.
And then there are 4 kids and all of the things that they need. Like regular meals and clean laundry and someone to throw a cleaning cloth at the bathroom occasionally.

I have been very very busy.

But once we are settled in about two or three weeks, I will return and give you a tour of our new digs!

WHOO HOO! Happy new house!
We feel your pain; two weeks later, and we're still only mostly settled - busy, busy, busy, but getting there.

Can't wait to see it.

Jackie, I know how busy you are and that why I feel guilty about letting you do the Lady Ashburnham pickles for me last week. I appreciated it and still do but feel guilty.

I can't wait to see your new house. Boxes unpacked and in their proper place. Happy Happy Days!

From another point of view, moving, which is 10 days away, has not consumed nearly as much of your time and energy as the other mentioned activities have. It's about to get worse, for sure, but so far it's been a low level thing. The fact that you are teaching for the fist time is rather more stressful. Having done it for 10 years I can safely say that it's not an easy job to jump into, but you know what you're doing, so it will be fine.

Oh, and you do get help around the house. Where did those pizzas come from today?

Congratulations!! Looks like a great move for you. Wondered why you've been so quiet on the blog...esp. about fiber.
Best wishes..
